Birthday Party:
We celebrated our mother's 80th birthday with a garden party.
From the crab balls and berchetta appetizers to the main
course of marinated chicken, lasagna, and chicken
enchiladas to the delectable hand-made cream
puffs everything was delicious!
We had trouble with the tents, tables and chairs, but not the menu
or the personable and professional service of
Simply Sophisticated Chefs. The food service went off
without a hitch. We were at ease and able to focus on fun
and conversation with old friends. Their
expertise enhanced our fun. They were a good fit for
our family.

Wedding
Rehearsal Dinner:
On the occasion of my nephew's rehearsal dinner, my home was
transformed into an elegant setting for a most memorable
evening. All 40 dinner guests sat down to filet
grilled to perfection accompanied by the most
delicious Caesar salad we've ever enjoyed.
Simply Sophisticated Chefs catered to our every need yet
allowed us to maintain personal and intimate conversation
right up to the serving of home-made pecan pie. The
bridal party is still talking about the best rehearsal
dinner they have ever attended. Simply Sophisticated created
a decor that was tasteful and sophisticated,
transporting our guests to a five star dining experience
right in my own home.

Wedding Reception:
When my wife said she wanted to have an evening garden reception
for our wedding, I
thought she was crazy but we got to work and created a
setting so picturesque I marvel at it myself.
I followed my wife's every desire; stringing lights in the trees,
tiki torches on the lawn, and floating candles in the
pond. We needed someone who understood the whole picture
to provide food that fit our fairytale wedding. Simply
Sophisticated Chefs not only provided a superb meal,
but also added a component of ambience that made

Graduation Party:
When I decided to have a graduation party for my husband, I knew I
needed some special chefs because food isn't just food to
him. Simply Sophisticated Chefs created a variety
of zippy appetizers and hearty entrees that went
beyond his high standard. I don't know if his favorite
was the salmon, chicken marsala or beef tenderloin. He
visited with a myriad of guests but never left his plate
behind.

off our shoes and danced in the kitchen this Mother’s Day

to the music while preparing our mouthwatering
